We loved the T- shirt but needed the print for a cover for my husbands prosthetic leg. He was in an awful accident a year and lost a leg as a result. He is a Beatle Fanatic and we had to put them on his new leg. Thanks for the awesome art and it was the perfect size.

The Beacon in the foreground has been a form of communication for hundreds if not thousands of years. This one is situated at Beacon Hill Country Park in Leicestershire.
Classically, beacons were fires lit at well-known locations on hills or high places, used either, for signalling over land that enemy troops were approaching, in order to alert defences.
Systems of this kind have existed for centuries over much of the world. In England, the most famous examples are the beacons used in Elizabethan times to warn of the approaching Spanish Armada. Many hills in England were named Beacon Hill after such beacons. In the Scottish border country, a system of beacon fires was at one time established to warn of incursions by the English. These Beacons are still used across the lands today. But not to warn of invaders. They are mostly used for celebrations such as The queens Jubilee or world war commemorations being two examples.
